    Bearcat Trunktracker IV, with digital card installed. 1000 channels, works perfectly, in very good condition, probably an 8 (at least) out of 10.

    Comes with original wall wart and antenna.

    Unless the previous owner did the update, it hasn't been done. I've owned this scanner since 2007.
