Default WHOOPS!!!! Ham caught with Bootleg transmitter!

Seems a CA Ham is getting fined $17K for running a bootleg FM Band transmitter!

    http://www.arrl.org/news/california-...-radio-station

Don't know where this town is, but no where in SoCal. Must be a NorCal station.

He refused to let the FCC in to "INSPECT" his station. But that just made them madder and they called him up.

“During his conversation with the agent, (the op) admitted to operating the broadcast station on frequency 104.9 MHz for six months,”

Guess he wanted to be a DEEJAY and spin some tunes for his community.

So now he's gotta come up with the SEVENTEEN G'S.

    Don't mess with the FCC!!!

Suisun city is not far from Napa. I wonder if they've done a bed check at the funny farm up there.

When I visited that area last November, it looked like a very nice place to live. Lotsa big trees, nice and GREEN compared to the dusty BROWN down here. But the HOBO SPIDER is advancing towards that area, so I won't be moving up there anytime soon! Ask Michelle about HOBO SPIDERS!!!

Bay area houses are MUCH PRICIER than SoCal houses!!! MY house up there would be worth 700 THOUSAND!!! (and in Kansas, it would be worth $20 thousand!)
