Most of the coRntesterz run stuff like that! That is how they bust through the QRM/QRN with "their great skill". C'mon you should know this...

I like how the main front panel photo shows all meters "pinned" at "zero." It's a negative image. Wonder how that happened?

Four 4-1000s in GG needs a 30L-1 or so as a driver stage. Shoulda built that in.

There is a reason they make those 200 watt transceivers!

Way back when (yes, I'm getting old, but not that old!) a friend of mine ran a pair grid-driven 4-1000As, with 5,800 volts on the plates. The drive power was almost nil, and the output was well over double the legal limit, even by today's standards. Why on earth anyone would need one with 4 tubes is beyond me. This said, Emtron can't make enough of their 4 tube, 3 phase powered, monster. Operating skill? Who needs it with that kind of output power?

The shipping charge makes it a good buy.

That amplifier looks nice but, who would use four 4X1s in the first place, when one is enough.

Aww, and it only goes up to 15 Meters! (I wonder if it can be modified for 11 Meters, or if that's an "undocumented feature.")
