Default Pin connections - 4 pole yaesu jack

Hello - does anyone know the pin connections for the 4 pole jack. (Audio out, Mic in and PTT). I want to try to make up a lead for connection to my KAM all mode.

    Thank you

You might want to break it out with a CT-44 adapter ...

Many thanks for the diagram. i actually have that in the manual that came with the VX1R. As I want to try to make my own interface its the cable between the CT-44 adaptor and the 4 pole plug i need to make up. Hence the need for the pin outs on the 4 pole plug. Thanks for replying.

Splendid thank you! That leaves another question - I was hoping the PTT would operate by shorting to ground (which is what the Kam does before sending). With Mic and PTT on the same pin I can't see how to achieve this.

Thanks for the info - very vaulable for me!
