I don't drink cool aid, but in the 60 years i'm on this planet i've seen enough proof myself.
Sue, just don't holler Hurray everytime someone disagrees with G.W, you were asked to come up with irrifutable proof of the contrary and you failed miserably till now.
Still waiting for your proof, just the denial phase is not enough.
It's a bit like the Titanic, the denial stage sets in, "it cannot be true, the ship is unsinkable, they told me so"
Then the anger sets in and bet who will not be helped when the ship goes down?
Most of the denial comes from not wanting to change their way of life or the fear to do that.
Or realise we can change the world into something ugly.
The ones who have children and or grandchildren realise what they will leave as legacy.
Funny that people who's houses just burned to the ground, or threatened with a shortage with drinking water or having their country flooded or see their crops turn into dust see the threat a bit clearer as the ones living in "save" environments.
That is untill they become unsafe too.

Many of us do not drink Koolaid. It is a cheap artificially flavored drink, with or without artificial sweeteners. It has become less popular after the Reverend in Guyana laced it and used it to poison his flock....BUT many are still consuming Koolaid, without being aware that they are...because if you add a little gelatin to Koolaid you get JELLO...which was popular even before Koolaid became popular.
My point is that we all swallow a lot of junk without being aware of it because somebody like Al Gore or Jack Benny advertises it...or we no longer use it because somebody dies from drinking it. Did you know that Heddy Lamarr was once trying to invent a dehydrated drink that would taste and sparkle like Cocoa Cola? She got the money to hire two chemists to develop that drink from Howard Hughes. We can not know why Hughes lent her the money. That might be another story. The drink was a failure. It tasted like Koolaid laced with Alka-Seltzer.
Blaming industrial smoke for what seems to be a present Global Warming trend is...in my mind like adding gelatin to Koolaid...to make it gel. The weather is like geletin... It shimmers and shakes, it not hard or firmly solid and it often slips off your spoons. So is the GW data. I believe that GW theories are based on a gelatinous pedistal of Jello. You can make your Jello by adding boiling water to Jello powder and then refrigerating it. Lazy folks buy it pre-made in packs of six servings. The same kind of lazy thinkers buy GW causes numerically....but forget how shaky is its base..
Wex, w2ilp (Insecure Loose Pedestal)...on top of old Jello...I think... En vino...En vitro...En jello...

An interesting statement, Sue, how do you justify it - or don't you bother?

What "mombo-Jumbo" is that Sue? Can you be more specific? You're so strong in your opinion, can you tell me exactly what it is that you've studied to form it? Why do you seem so scared?

I was hoping that you would have made a post here with examples of the science being, what was it, be ignored by the others investigating it. THe people who no one would "debate" on the issues. Please post them. My mind can be changed, I do it on things like this all the time, I just need to see data and it's analysis that will survive review. Please, please post me some references the I can dive in to.

Oh Sue many people on the Zed believe in fairy tales, its just that you happy to agree with thier own particular fairy tale. It keeps being raised almost every few posts, and is in many people's signature....
"The world is my country and to do good is my religion" - Thomas Paine, pamphleteer, radical, intellectual and author - 1737-1809.
Scott Carpenter - motorcyclist, banjo picker, piper, surfer and Skeptic.

What makes you think your brand of dogma is so right. Maybe if you were a little more self critical you wouldn't think you had a monopoly on the truth!
