Hey All,
Any of you propagation gurus have any idea why 6M has been (for the most part) dead this season for the U.S. , yet Europe screams ?
Europe has given up a few openings to the W. Hemisphere, but nearly all of the action seems to be WITHIN Europe.
North America to North America seems dead and buried.
Euros are getting MANY, MANY Es clouds (often well above 54 Mhz MUF) while we get isolated crumbs day after day that are nowhere CLOSE to 50 Mhz.
Back in early June we had SOME good days but the season is moving along and we may be near half way through already.
Any thoughts on why we are in a slump ? I can't imagine that there is ANY connection to the weather, but now I'm not quite as sure ( maybe an INdirect connection ?).
Any guesses on what the rest of the season may hold ( and why).
I know one of the first things one has to do is simply switch on the rig, listen and call out. But I'd like to hear some input on the "story behind the story" as to why that ain't working.
