    I also have the washing machine noise.....Also a local ham (KT7E) had a loud noise which turns out was a bad timer in the dishwasher.
    Try powering down the whole house....These things can drive a guy to drink!!

    If you have any networked devices connected via ethernet, unplug all of your ethernet cables and see if it goes away. Especially test this theory if you have any ethernet devices connected at 10 mbit [rather than 100 Mbit / 1 Gbit]. This would also include anything running from your ISPs equipment to your router / PC / switch.
