this instructograph is a plug in model that has a code oscillator included. It is a tube type osc and i do not know if it works this model does come with tapes. I ask 100 shipped conus but maybe you have an offer that we can agree to . also see my other code senders i have listed on this site.

this is a hallicarfter fpm 300 one of the last radios made by the hallicrafter company. This particular unit has seen lots of action.
The unit seems to recieve but it has a hum...could be a bad cap at the low voltage section. All the hv caps have been replaced.
The screen grid resistors are heating up so that makes me think that the final tube is bad.... but I swapped this tube with another one from a the sister rig and it "seemed" to put out..( Meaning I had a qso with it) THe weak point on these radios was the band switch belt and the guy before me drilled a hole in the front panel to add a second band switch (yuk) but i have since replaced the belt but the hhole is still there. (PS I think I have an extra belt to be included in the sale of this unit if i do you are welcome to it)
I used this rig for thousands of contacts and i hate to see it go but you might enjoy cleaning it up and putting it on the air. The photo is of this unit and its twin sister is on top. she has already moved to a happy home in california.
I will ship this unit but it casts me about $75 to ups it. So I need 175 shipped to your conus location. if 175 is too much please make me a decent offer or come here to binghamton and pick it up.
