Many of the systems come with a starter addition.
They sneak in the cheap systems because the OS is lacking. You are lucky to have bought a nice one.
Limited Tasks and limited Web Ports and Hidden pages that are loading adds that you may not see, will crash the system with a "I need to shut down this app, Would You Like to report this problem to Microsoft."
When you report it they know exactly what you are trying to do.
By the way there is a reg fix for that very problem.
