Probe: 91-12E (High Impedance with BNC connector)
For 50 ohm measurements just add a BNC "T" and
50 ohm termination

Checked out by K9KA against my other bench equipment
(Boonton 91H and HP-8640B): works well

Since I already have one of these, this is excess to my needs.
