Pottstown Area Amateur Radio Club's special event field day W3T & Gota N3WXW
Hello the Pottstown Area Amateur Radio Club . Will be using a special event Field day call W3T For 2012. Our GOTA station Will be using the callsign N3WXW. We will be operating from: 500 County line road Gilbertsville,Pa. See link on goggle below for a map. We will Have a talk in on the 147.210+ with a 131.8 tone on the Clubs's repeater.We will try to have the talk in set up by 11:00am on June 23rd. Our set up Group will meet for Breakfast at the Pottstown Diner on Route 100 at 9:00 am . Come join us! We encourage youth participation And non hams to join in . learn what Amateur radio is all about. We will assist in getting any one on the air with our "Get on the Air" or GOTA station! Their is nothing like your first radio contact. Especially if it is a long distance contact!
