    Default Logbook not saving?

For some reason when I click on "SAVE" nothing happens? I then enter the information again and again when I click on "SAVE" nothing happens. I have to shutdown and restart the logbook program, before the "Save" will save the information to my logbook? About the same time, the "Biography" "Detail" "Notes" "Logbook" tabs show up running top to bottom instead of side to side (If you can understand what I mean). I am running HRD version 5.22.0.02. It's not much fun to have to enter the contact information two or three times....

Thanks for your reply W1DQ... I went to that website and both Java and Cookies passed the test. Maybe it's time to uninstall and reinstall?

Are you having this problem when directly (manually) accessing the QRZ Logbook or are you utilizing an intermediate program such as HRD to indirectly access the QRZ Logbook?

W1DQ, I again don't know if your question was for both of us or just KZ5AT. I access the QRZ Logbook through HRD, I really didn't know I could get to the QRZ Logbook directly. I may try going direct instead of through HRD..

Should another software service provide for indirect access to the QRZ Logbook then it must respond to problems associated with that access.

The QRZ Logbook is intended to be directly accessed from your QRZ.com database page pulldown menu link. For assistance in using the Logbook see the QRZ Logbook User Guide: http://files.qrz.com/static/qrz/LogbookUserGuide.r1.pdf
