Received from W3HNK today:
From collection of my brother - I think first of the Computerized Contest QSL.
Is anyone have another one for early date?

Have tried to get QSL from OD5NH; send off for the card three times over the last year and he doesn't get them. He says that Registered mail is the answer.
Registered mail from the US to Lebanon is about $13.
I am wondering if anyone would like to combine QSLs and dilute the Registered mail fees. If I had one or two more, this could be affordable.

- I sent to OD5NH my QSL card with SASE+1$ on March 07, 2006 by normal mail. No reply!
- I sent to OD5NH my QSL card with SASE+2 IRC on June 20, 2006 by registered mail. No reply!!
- I sent to OD5NH my QSL card with SASE+3 $ on September 25, 2006 by registered mail. No reply!!!
Now I forgot OD5NH's QSL card...
...I would say....forget it and save your money.................
spare me your drivel....
I've received QSLs from OD5NH both direct and via Les WF5E's service.
He does have a high mail theft problem.
I read recently on one of the bulletins there is now a European ham who is acting as a mail drop, if I can find out the call, I will post it.

I would love an alternate address for him. I have sent him several cards, emailed back and forth and asked him on the air about QSLing.
I want his card lol.

OD5NH, very active, I don't think he cares if you get his card or not. After 3 tries through 2010, I gave up. Mail theft or whatever, he should find an alternative. Registered mail for a qsl card is silly.
After the way he came up on top of SU9VB on 20m one evening, I don't want his card. He started calling cq 3 kc's below Vlad, who had been on freq 45 minutes, then complained of qrm and wanted Vlad to move. He knew he was there, and started calling cq on top of him anyway.
He isn't the only OD on the air.
OD5PY is very active, uses LOTW and has a stateside qsl manager.
OD5PL is not as active, has a HB manager, prompt to reply.
OD5NJ is very active, fairly easy to get a card from.
If the mail/dollars keeps getting stolen I wouldn't bother anymore. If you need Lebanon, OD5NJ is on regularly and you can request QSL from him via email and pay for postage with PayPal. I got a card from him that way. He is pretty friendly and responds to email requests.
work a different OD...worked for me.
