10 meter antenna

ok so i may be moving into one of those condoes that have antenna resticsions and i like 10 meters so a came up with this its a 1/2 have 10 meter antenna cut for 28.860 the swr is a little high on the 28.00 band edge and low on 29.690

results 1.5/2 middle portion of 10
1.7 on the start of 10
and 1.2 on the fm repeater part of the band
consturction

pvc pipe 4' long with a piece of stiff copper the size of a so-239 chassie connecter on the inside of radio top section has the rest of resonate in the top as a wound coil comes of the copper rod
