Alliance HD-73 Rotor with Control Box
I have an Alliance HD-73 rotor, which I purchased to use with a Hex Beam antenna. Unfortunately, the hex beam was too large, and I'm going to have to install a ground plane vertical due to my small yard. As such, I no longer have a use for this rotor.
It handles 10.7 square feet of wind load when properly installed. It comes with a 6 conductor cable. It features a two speed rotation with a dual action switch that presents a one revolution per minute speed for rotating over a extended arc and a slower speed for fine adjustment for signal peaking.
Despite the fact that I'm not going to use it, I have wired it up to the control box, plugged it in, and tested it to make sure it works. It does turn 360 degrees in both directions, and the azimuth indicator on the panel follows the rotation from stop to stop.
I imagine by now it needs to have new grease on the ball bearings.
It doesn't include a manual, but there are materials online for this rotor. There is also an illustrated guide on the web on how to do disassembly and greasing of the ball bearings.
I'm asking $150, plus you pay shipping from zip code 93308. To estimate shipping cost, plan on 18-19 pounds by the time I bubble wrap and box it. If you want a video of it working, I can do that for you if you're a serious buyer.

Reason: forgot my e-mail address
Do you have the bottom plates for the rotor to be mounted to a mast?
Thanks, Len
Is this rotor and controller still for sale? Would it handle a Mosley CL-33-M?
