I knew I liked this QRZ for a reason.... they do come through. The files I needed were there all the time. It was a conflict in my system between Google Chrome and the AClog program. Every time i tried to download the files that QRZ was sending me an auto execute thing would happen in AC log and list just one of the files. The rest were no where to be seen. I was almost ready to give up when I decided to use a different browser. I started my Mozilla Firefox and returned to QRZ. I then did a download of the very same files and directed it to be stored on my desktop which gave me a new start. I used a file viewer to then inspect the file and sure thing, all the info was there. Somehow, importing to AC log was not working correctly. I opened a copy of HRD and it loaded right up. I've since removed AC log. So two things were working against me on this... one, my browser. Every time I downloaded the file and opened it, AC log would auto execute and screw up the file somehow. And AC log... once I imported the file to HRD it functioned flawlessly. So, loading a different browser and then a different logging utility did the trick. Hope this helps any of you that might have a similar problem... and a big thanks to the support at QRS who stayed on this with me all day......
