I just bought a subscription.. It doesn't frigging work. I tried to download my database and the link it gives say's something about no permission. I loaded two logging programs, HMR deluxe and AC Log. Both have very nice interfaces for LBOW and e'QSO to update and keep your files up to date. I guess QRZ just doesn't rate. I really like you guys.... your practice tests helped me pass my exams... I'm really trying..... I even tried your support page and it will not allow me to type a full description of the problem.... I'm ready to give up... I just bought the subscription $29.95 20 minutes ago... If none of this is going to work I want my money back, I'll go use that eQSO (I don't even know who they are) or just the LBOW from arrl. I'm trying to stay with you guys but it's becoming increasingly difficult. If I can't leave a full message at support this is my last venue. Please make this all work or just tell me that your site can't do it and I'll try one of the others...... Call me if necessary... or email me a number to call..... show me you have a handle on these things.....Ron KF5PTJ or new call K5ATE Thank you!

I just tried the admin support again. Hardly room enough to describe a simple problem let alone a complex issue of the frustration of using site service's. It's no wonder so many just use your bio page and refer contacts to other on-line logs sources. I'm serious guy's. I am really trying to use your service's.... not easy! Just think of all those that you are missing out on due to these sort of issues. I really like your site... I think it could work... but I'm a frustrated customer asking for help... it's your job to take care of this. Call me or leave me your number so that I might call back if I'm not home. Sorry for your frustration. QRZ offers several types of subscriptions. Our most popular, Logbook Data, provides an XML interface that logging programs use in real time to query QRZ's servers. That's what you purchased.

We also offer Database Downloads that allow you to download whole copies of the data to your computer. This is less popular than the Logbook Data XML because the data gets stale very quickly. Still, you can download it every day if you like but must people opt for the real-time XML data like you did.
