  1. Default iCOM HM-46 HT Speaker Mic - breaking out mic and PTT lines for HF

Has anyone ever taken the HM-46 speaker mic, or any iCOM speaker mic for that matter, and figured out how to break out the mic and PTT lines for an HF radio, or any other radio that uses simple mic/ptt lines?

What I am trying to do is make a break-out box that I can plug my HM-46 in to that will make it compatible with a KX3, and other rigs. The audio out is easy (for the speaker part) but pulling the mic line out is going to be tricky. I have seen a schematic that shows it is 3.2-3.5v phantom powered also.

Isn't that an Electret Condenser mic? If so, that would explain the voltage.
