When you enter a record in your log make sure you click on the SAVE button or else the input will not be saved and it will later appear that they have disappeared.

There are two types of entries an a logbook - "outgoing" (the one's you enter) and "incoming" the ones that appear in your log that come from a worked party. That worked party can later delete the entry.
