WB4TLO Jim Carr, Silent Key

Jim Carr, WB4TLO of Hickory, NC has passed away. Jim was a well known NC broadcaster and had worked for WHKY since 1969. He was also a Lt. Col with the Civil Air Patrol and had been active with the CAP since he was a teenager. Jim was also a USAF veteran. I had the pleasure of working with Jim for several years and he was truly a fine gentleman who will be missed.
