What is the procedure to confirm a QSO and close the entry out?

    Open your Logbook,
Find the QSO record you wish to confirm in the list.
Click on the green checkmark in the Confirm column (right hand side), a yellow star will appear.
Scroll to bottom of Confirm column and click on SAVE button to complete confirmation.

I assume that you are accessing your logbook by selecting "My Logbook" from the pull-down menu that appears when you position your mouse arrow over your callsign at the right side of the bar on the QRZ home page. [The "Logbook" tab near the "Details" tab on your callsign page only opens a 15-record view window of what is last received into your log, it cannot be used to manage your log.]

When you are having this problem (or before), open a new tab on the browser and check its ability to communicate with QRZ's features by going to: http://www.qrz.com/i/cookies.html

I have no other advice, if the problem continues please advise. Again, I just tested the conformation process and it is functioning. Can you try from a public computer? Perhaps the problem is local.
