You would need to activate the QRZ Logbook ADIF file upload/download feature by subscribing at the XML level or higher. Then you would download your llagbook as an ADIF file; next you would upload it to LOTW (assuming you are a LOTW member).

The following should be considered. The downloaded ADIF file will include all of your QSO records that you have entered (outgoing) but not those a worked party might have entered (incoming). Unless the target destination of a recurring upload has the ability to ignore duplicates, duplicates may result.

So, Is there no way to get the incoming entries into LOTW other than type them in one by one into an external logging program? What is the reason that QRZ won't download to ADIF (incoming) QSOs? How does one do a proper backup of QSOs if only some of them are downloaded?

    Thanks,

    Dave

Currently the only records in your ADIF file are those you have entered and your comment is an appropriate one.

There is a new revision of the Logbook in development that will operate somewhat different and correct many shortfalls. It requires that a second server come online and, while in the plannng stage, it has yet to be accomplished. With this effort, revision of the current system has been curtailed.

Under the new senario, the automatic dual-entry format will be abandoned; this to provide the user with full control over what appears in its logbook. Only those incoming records that you accept will be included in your log and thus in your ADIF file; it will also have an automatic confirmation feature. Users will be able to create multiple logbooks to accomodate other calls used, currently or previously.

    Until then -

Your logbook appears to be active and has entries in it.

To open your Logbook, make sure you sign-in to your QRZ account.
Next, bring your mouse arrow over your callsign at the right hand side of the bar to pull down the menu and then click on “My Logbook”.

You have the choice of enabling or disabling your Logbook as follows:
Sign in to your QRZ account and open the Forum Home page.
Click on “Forum Actions” and then click on “General Settings”.
Scroll down the page near the bottom and find “Show my Logbook” and select enabled or disabled.
Scroll down again and find “Accept Incoming Logbook Entries” and select yes or no.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “SAVE CHANGES” button.
