    Default Help: wiring a turner+3 mic to a yaesu ft 225 rd

    hi all,can anyone help me?
    How wiring a vintage 144 mhz all mode yaesu ft 225 rd to an amplified mic turner+3?

    mic needs to be set up inside for relay switching
    pin 1 shield (Audio -)
    pin 2 white (Audio +)

    red & black wires to pins 1 & 3
    Pin 4 not used
    I thought I could get rich in the stock market by investing in
    Viagra, Geritol, And Ginseng but my stocks didn't rise to the occasion.

    Hell, I figured that there was always somebody somewhere either trying to
    Get it up
    Get it going
    or
    Trying to remember what to do with it.

    If the mic is set up inside for electronic switching you may only need
    pin 1 shield
    pin 2 white
    pin 3 black

    You do not need the pre-amplifier built into this Turner microphone.

    Set the audio pre-amplifier Gain Control (on Turner microphone) to a Minimal Level to avoid audio distortion.

    Of course,i do not want to disturb anyone,and do not use linear amplifiers.
