How do I ground the grids on the SB-220

Hello,
I am working on a SB-220 amp that I just bought and have read where it make sense to ground the grids of the 3-500Z directly, I think that I understand how to do this but would like to know if anyone has done this and what is the correct method, some PICs would also be helpful.

Without commenting on whether it's the right thing to do, to ground the grids you connect them to ground. Yes, it's really that simple.
