Dilettantes, all of you! REAL solder comes in bars a half-inch square and a foot long. Flux comes in a pint can. Soldering irons go into the fire or on top of the stove to get hot. Maybe, just maybe, you might "get by" with a 300-Watt electric American Beauty.

And beer is "Camo Black"! That swill is mixed up in three locations around the United States, and it is absolutely awful. They make some really cheap beer and then dump alcohol into the brew until they have 12.2% alcohol. Heck, it might even be isopropanol! But it's beer, sort of.

Then, there's San Miguel Dark...

the beer that is consistently voted "best beer" is Pilsner Urquell...very pricey, but worth
it if you really like beer...it's from the town of Pilsen in the Czech Republic.....

I have some old rolls that flowed perfectly when new and shiny and now that they are old and dull they suck.

This is why flux is super important, especially with newer solder. The new stuff is absolutely horrible, and even my best brand of flux and a ton of prep work on my end... Makes it barely acceptable to me. :-/
