Therein is the problem. It was milk and honey before that. Rare DX was worked easily on the first call even running QRP and dipole.

Let me just say that a former CB'er who feels it necessary and beneficial to the betterment of amateur radio, that he should post a youtube video such as this, may indeed be insecure himself about a few things.

So long, farewell, "Auf Wiedersehen" good bye..."
If you leave, you are not able (assuming you had good operating procedures and practices to begin with) to educate other operators, even if only by example.
You are "copping out," and apparently not interesting in contributing to the Amateur Service,
IMHO, we don't really need such "good weather friends as yourself." If you were solely fixated on certain specific frequencies where miscreants congregate (not just those from the U.S.) then you needed to "spin the VFO dial."
But your mind is already made up.
Adieu. I doubt we'll miss you.

BTW, it's "you're" not "your" and yes DILLIGAS is my favorite group of ham friends. We share common views on many topics. Stop by some time... uh wait, sorry, it's outside your band privileges as we meet in the Extra Class band segment on 75/80m. If you wish, I'll write the FCC telling them you're a usta-bee president of a ham club 11 years ago. I'm sure they'll upgrade you just on that. I know I was impressed.

Thanks for the spelling correction, I noticed that after it was too late.
Proud of that video are you?? Yeah, your still a horse's behind no matter how you slice it! I'll bet you were something back in your CB days before you got fat and gray. I'm done with you, I've got a life to live.

Awwww, I have been polite and now you say those mean things. Are you trying to cyber-bully me? I have been reading about those lads and it all seems so sorted.

Love the personal attacks! Keep it up, guys. You are a fine example for all of us, especially those of us who were recently licensed.

It's often hard to believe it when people pull such opinions out of their butt.

As to the original point of this thread:
There are people who know how to leave gracefully, and those who must make a dramatic exit to satisfy their need for attention.
