RATS!!!! That is right when I am driving to Dayton! Doesn't say when it will start, but it supposedly ends May17th. Not a word of this was mentioned at Visalia, so this was a super secret deal. N6PSE was there at Dayton too, you would have thought he would have said something. The website says it might start within a week. This will be the MOTHER of ALL PILEUPS!!! And a real BEAR for West Coast, yet it might be possible long path. I did work the ST0R, so there is Hope!
They WILL have beams and Kilowatts, and top operators, so this is very promising!

Ya, it was kept very quiet. Althought, N6PSE was talking about a top 10 entity being activated this summer. He was just quiet as to who.
I am holding out hope for this. I have been able to get into the log on all of the recent DXpeditions lately and only missed out on YI9PSE. As long as propagation does not flatline, I think i'm good to go. But YES. The pileups will be hugenormous!!
One CW contact is all I need LOL!!!

Pat there are plenty of mountains on your route from which you could work them.
All you really need is to get that ALS-500 for the TC and get it installed before you leave.
