RIP-OFF by the German Seller Funktechnik Grenz
First of all I would like to say "I am very sorry" because of the reason I am writing you this post.
I've been a _very happy_ LDG products customer and now the time to acquire a LDG AT-600PRO to use with my amplifier.
I've searched all the "official" dealers in LDG website for the best price and it was Funktechnik Grenz, in Europe.
After the online order - the item was listed "in stock" - I transfer the money to their account since they don't accept Paypal.
I've received an already USED AT-600PRO, incomplete and the box was not sealed.
I called the store many times, they asked emails, descriptions, etc etc. I even took some photos with my mobile.
Then they stated that the LDG-AT600PRO was backordered on LDG Electronics and I had to wait 2 weeks.
So why was I sent a USED item in the first place?
I have decided to return the used AT-600PRO by my expenses and by phone it was agreed that Funktechnik-Grenz would also pay the shipping cost from Portugal to Germany, "since I was not happy with the product".
The order was placed at the 19 March and I still don't have my payment back.
Over the phone who answers the phone keeps postponing the refund, whereas because only the "boss" can do it and its not available, or because its hill.
Only after I had this issue I googled about this particular seller and I have found that I am not an isolated case.
I still don't have the refund, the tuner. They don't answer the phone anymore. They don't reply to emails or the contact form in the website.
I have also been told that the owner/manager had some serious issues with credits and depts, so maybe there is a motivation after all.
Beware of Funktechnik-Grenz, google it first.
(Nevertheless I want to thanks LDG for all the dedication and top-of-the-line products, they have been very helpful with this case also, and they don't have anything to do with this rip-off)
