 Increase the diameter of the Cu tubing used for the 10m L. A good example of an amplifier design that did it right to compensate for RF skin effect is the Kenwood TL-922. . . . Are all of the filaments lit?

I also had the same problem and was not even able to hold 300 watts on 10 and 17 meters. I purchased an adjustment tool from MFJ to adjust the slugs in the rear of the amp. I found instructions on how to make these adjustments using search on the internet. I now get 400 plus watts on both bands...
