Am looking for good NPN bipolar transistor to be used on 435 mhz in order to get a very low NF.

I've been hoarding a modest stash of Texas Instruments TIXM101 transistors since my college days back in 1968
Unfortunately, they are PNP and long obsolete. I'd opine for best noise figure you'd be looking towards FET devices
these days. They are cheap and available.
