Yes it is. You have to be an XML subscriber. Download the ADIF file from QRZ then upload it to eQSL.

That's what I do but I have an issue with reconciling my QRZ ADIF file with existing confirmed contacts on eQSL. It generates numerous duplicate entries that have to be deleted one at a time on eQSL.

I'm looking for a better way.
