Previos Call: What Are The Rules?

I tried to upload a couple of ADIF files of QSOs under my previous call and don't even get an acknowledgement via e-mail. I understand from the online manual that the log is organized by call sign and not user. Isn't that inconsistent with LOTW rules thus preventing users from logging QSOs completed under previous calls? Why no report?

Which logbook are you referring to? The QRZ log or LoTW?? I'll move this thread to the appropriate forum when I know. Thanks!
