    Default St. John's Wort

With unemployment, financial stress, and winter/holidays things were getting pretty unbearable for me. I have been taking St. John's Wort (Hypericin) just over a week now and feel totally revitalized. It's sold under many different labels and the price is low. My mood is level now and hopefully it will make getting a job and keeping a job easier. In addition it has also really improved my marriage. Best of all it doesn't pack weight on, doesn't cost $50 copay, and less side effects of those drugs they constantly advertise on TV. I don't know it will work for everyone but it may be worth a try for those who need a little help. It's been in use for 2000 years according to the label.

Another potential "miracle drug" (although it's not a drug, it's something the body naturally produces anyway) is Coenzyme Q10.

Seems to help a lot of people, and it's also cheap:

Congratulations! Unfortunately, many people ignore their mental health or are unwilling to discuss their successes.

Do not take in summer as it has the opposite effect. For some reason it makes you more prone to mood swings.

Mind you it is better to take that than Fluoxetine. I took that and I ended up putting the brakes on a decent relationship with a nice looking woman. Somehow flipping out and threatening is not good for a stable relationship.
There is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened.
