I am disturbed that the National defence authorization act with sections 1031 -1032 has been passed by congress and signed by Obama with hardly a wimper from the public. This bill allows the arrest of citizens without bail or trial by the military forever! Am I crazy or was the Constitution destroyed by a traitorous congress without a shot being fired? Is America offically now dead? Hams are communicators, please start communicating.

It has been in the news the law allows any federal agency or the military to pick up any citizen and hold him or her without charges leveled against them and it allows citizens to be tortured.

But most people say "it doesn't apply to me" until they see their friends dissappearing or the guy down the street who is married and him and his husband are gone.

They make it sound all reasonable, when you cuold be a terrorist for buying a lid of pot from the guy down the street who happens to have a copy of the Constitution tacked up on his wall and a Gaston flag hanging outside.
