I would like to suggest that we have a place that experienced Ham radio operators could give suggestions to people that would like to learnmore about Ham radio.

Maybe a Question and answer format.

The QRZ Forum is the place. It fully supports a question and answer format and there is a large number of exerienced amateur radio operators available to assist. Pick an area of interest from the list and have at it.
