Just to trying to salvage this, I wonder where AB3NK got the idea that the phrase "break" was inappropriate or constituted an emergency call?
I admit to being phone-lame; last time I used a microphone was for the QRZ "net" on Thanksgiving and on 900 MHz a few years before that.

I am NOT a doctor, police officer, FBI agent, ambulance tech, or Part 90 dispatcher.
I am an amateur radio operator, in what still is, at least somewhat, a quasi-technical hobby.

I am NOT a DHS employee, and I don't work for FEMA.

I am a freaking bus driver, yapping on the radio, playing with antennas and having FUN.
However, in a given situation, I will surrender my knowledge, my equipment and experience, that is what real hams do....

    WOW!

    Open mouth, insert foot.

By now I hope the OP has gotten the point... But somehow I doubt it.

I doubt he realizes it. Fortunately, everyone else knows.

Probably the same place he got his gen-yoo-wine Ham Radio badge. You know, the badge they issue you when you receive your appointment as Assistant General Manager of the Ham Radio Universe.

And this thread is unsalvageable so we might as well have some fun and poke sharp objects at the troll.
