Removing Duplicate entries

I feel like a right plonker...
I now have 3 entries for each contact as a result of re-loading the v4 log twice more that was necessary... don't ask how.

I read a fix that exported then imported but it fails to recognise duplicates in my case.

I'm on HRD V5 by the way.
Any advice is much appriciated.

Hi Ray
I normally go into the database it self and do it there. Usually it will be a MS Access file. I use MySQL as my database and find it much easier to use and backup.
