If I have decyphered all that correctly, what happened was a mistake, not intentional. Mistakes happen.
The real test is yet to come, though: are you going to count that QSO for award credit?

Well, the only way out of this is to upgrade to Extra. Sorry, it should take you four or five weeks of nightly study to pass. That would be you penitence. Now go forth and Extra no more until thee (or is that thou?) is qualified!
