Default T32C Christmas Is. DX expedition

I was listening on 15 meters today and happen to run across T32C. He appeared to be working Europeans although he didn't indicate such, just up 5 kHz+. The operator was getting frustrated with stations calling with their callsign over and over again! He indicated that stations doing that wouldn't be answered and appear in the T32C log.

If it were me I'd work the stations calling over and over again so they would "go away" but they wouldn't make it into the log. Maybe this explains the complaint by some here on QRZ who complain about not appearing in the T32C log.

Oh, no I didn't work T32C even though they were 58~59 on the hexbeam, I guess I was "not heard".

Just snagged 'em on 12 SSB. Great signals after a few days of almost-being-there.

I heard some of that mess on 15 today as well. Worked them Tuesday on 10, no problem. Didn't even try today.

Cannot hear them on 15m, at least so far.

Did snag them today on 10m CW & Phone.

They will be there until the end of the month, by then
they will be more than begging for Q's.

Very weak on 17 rtty now, maybe they will come up a bit and I can try for them.

I have them on 10M, 15M, 17M and 30M. All CW. On CW they have had great ops and generally well behaved pileups.

I agree their ops are top notch. I wasn't looking for them at all but worked them on several bands just stumbling across them.

The DXpedition ops are usually great and can hear a pin drop in a hurricane. Hat's off to them.

I think this is what I'll do also, works best with a 100 watt SSB station.

In all fairness to the T32C operator today, the mess of callers on 15 meters were from 2 kHz to over 15 kHz up.

Maybe in their last few days they will work simplex or announce the split frequency their listening on, of course that defeats the whole idea of working split!

I made it into their log last night, on 20m phone. It was hard getting through, because I was using my 100w mobile station, parked in my driveway. I don't have a base station, so I usually set up my mobile station one evening each week, and sit outside the house, after my kids go to bed. I've been s-l-o-w-l-y working on DXCC this way. I'm almost half way there.

Congratulations, this shows perseverance. Myself I'm not that into awards and getting QSL cards for DXCC sounds like too big a hassle. If I work them I know it and that's all that matters to me.
