Cookie Problem??

I have been having a problem that isn't consistent, in that I clear all the forms, and all seems well. Next visit, I see the new forums questions like I should. When I answer one, whether the read flag is set or not, when I go back to the all forums page (qrz.com/forum.php) is shows all of the forum as read, even though I have not read them all.

I ran the main page through Validator (http://validator.w3.org/), and I see several problems which might be causing this to occur.

I thought you should know.

Sometimes I found with Google Chrome you need to dump your history cache also delete the cookies stored in your computer, all other browsers same thing IE , Opera, etc.. also if you have not ran a virus scan update and scan, I do this weekly, I also switched AV programs dumped microsoft to Bit Defender, I am also in process of doing a hardware firewall, just setting the puppy up.
