    Bill -

    You are lucky .. I have this hand microphone (Yaesu MH-1B8) on the workbench right now ! (wiring a new coiled cord cable).
    BTW, Yaesu Parts NO LONGER has the OEM replacement cable (correct wire color, conductors) for this specific Yaesu model of microphone.

    Yaesu MH-1B8 Schematic / Wiring Manual (PDF attached)

    1 - GREEN
    2 - YELLOW
    3 - BLUE
    4 - BROWN
    5 - ORANGE
    6 - RED
    7 - BLACK / SHIELD around WHITE
    8 - WHITE

    ==
    HINT, IF you ever have to use a 7 conductor + shield as replacement for original Yaesu cable (8 conductor plus shield) -
    wire the shield conductor to "7" on Foster circular connector and wire to both points inside MH-1B microphone.

    Hi Bill,
    I saw your request, and did a quick search. Found the website of my old friend Steve, N2CKH, with the User's Manual for FT-One! The entire PDF is too large to post here, so for your convenience, I'll upload a PDF of just the Mic wiring pages.

    FT-ONE Microphone Wiring.pdf

    Original whole manual: http://www.n2ckh.com/LIBRARY/YAESU/FT-ONE/FT-ONE.pdf

    Don't forget to check his website http://www.n2ckh.com/ , he's one of the great characters of our hobby!
