Yep,misspelled Pearl but noticed it only after it went thru “news” approval.
Once posted it cannot be edited , sorry.
There is at least one more English error I know of in the post.
You get “ata boy” if you find it .

I found the first mistake when reading this on the front page. At that time I wasn't sure if it was done as a type of friendly holler or a genuine mistake. Going back to read your reply to the Ham Radio Aboard The WWII Submarine The USS Pampanito, I see you did the same mistake there. Well, you fessed up that it was a goof so at least you are consistent.

I hope the Texas and Pampanito can have a QSO in the future. Wishing you continued success with ham radio aboard this historic ship.

Enjoyed working the Battleship Texas during the Texas QSO party. It was a nice surprise. I've spent many hours as a kid (both little kid and big kid) climbing around on that beautiful ship. Can't wait to get the QSL card into my collection.

I saw the Battle Ship Texas when i was about 15. I would like to go back again sometime. When I was there I found the Radio room. It was very dark but it looked to have been gutted of all equipment. What a shame. I hope they will someday restore it. The rest of the ship was from what I could tell in tact. I remember the Machine Shop was pristine.
I will be looking for your next event, I want a QSL card as well.
