    Default unREject a log entry

I managed to reject a QSO I should have accepted - how can I change the status?

You can enter that record as a new record and make a comment as to why.

I initially considered that but was looking for a cleaner way .. that also changes the origination of the request ..

The system cannot be a policeman and has to accept apparently valid information. The person entering the info is in control over its accuracy.

At the moment it is not possible to reverse a mistakenly confirmed or rejected record, however this is on a list of suggestions to consider. If accomodated, it would likely have to be carefully done, for example within a very short time window or by mutual agreement of the parties.

Should an award have already been issued based on existing confirmations and then one was subsequently reversed, that would be unacceptable.
