    Default Missing contacts

My "Yellow Flag" is showing 2 contacts but I am not able to view them. Page view is set at 20 but only 15 are showing and all of them are confirmed. If I set it to show Only Unconfirmed, nothing comes up. Also tried Show Flagged in case it was indicating that but no results either.

    Any ideas?

I am uncertain as to what the number in the flag is intended to mean, in my case it is the number of records that I have yet to confirm.

[You cannot confirm an outgoing record as you have intitiated it and thus represent it to be correct, only the recipient can confirm it.]

Looking at your logbook tab view it seems that the top 2 records in view have yet to be confirmed, they indicate the call - NN4F. Open your logbook and then click on the Control tab if it is not open (by default). Then enter the call NN4F in the box to theleftof the Search button and click the Search button to see if these 2 log records are in your book. Confirm them if they are there and it is appropriate to do so.

    John,

Thanks for looking at this. Below is what I see when I open my logbook. Not finding NN4F. Any idea what I am missing?

So far as expected. You need to take the last part of my advise, that is:

... enter the call NN4F in the box to the left of the Search button and click the Search button to determine if these 2 log records are in your book; I suspect they might be.

Confirm them if they are there and it is appropriate to do so.

I don't know why they don't show in "all contacts" view, must be a software glitch. Fred is aware that software need refining, scheduled for later in the year as is a major job.

Yes, I did that and they were in there. Problem is that until you found them I had no indication what call was missing. Just the flag with the "2" but no unconfirmed contact on that page view.
