I enjoy checking my LoTW account everyday. Many of my QSO's will probably never be matched in LoTW but my hit ratio is not bad.

I use it.
I confirm contacts via eQSL (I figure if the person is really needing the contact, they'll be logging them in many places), and weekly (Depending on operating patterns of mine), I download the ADIF from eQSL, pump it through TQSL, and send it to LoTW.
