call sign profile problem.

I cant seem to find away of editing any information on the bio part that some one views when they look up my call sign yet my forum bio I can edit and its fully viewable?

First at all you must login. Without login all information in QRZ will unvisible.
I am test edit main data, text in bio & upload image and set it as primary. All is work perfect. Your page no have any bugs.
So plesae go to your page (Don't forget Login-in before!!!) and edit new data in Update the basic callsign data (name, address, email, etc.) , and as you want in bio part etc
