According to Bing, 野外架台(看不懂中文看图片) Translates as:

According to Google Language Tools, the translation is

"Field rack units (can not read Chinese to see picture)"

    好图片。 不管哪里您去,非职业收音机是相同的。 没有摩尔斯电码钥匙! 享受无线电操作和好的天气。 73
Good pictures. No matter where you go, Amateur Radio is much the same. There is no Morse Code key! Enjoy the radio operation and the nice weather. 73

The overwhelming Amateur activity in China is team ARDF (Amamteur Radio Direction Finding) competition between clubs. The Chinese analog to the ARRL is the CRSA. or Chinese Radio Sports Association.

Except in times of declared emergency, amateur radio should be fun!
