Approving QSO's in Managed Callsign Logbook

I am the manager for K9TIT and I see that there are a few entries in the log book. I am able to approve entries for my main call but not for the managed call. Am I missing something or is this not possible at this time?

Request to be able to work with that calls logbook and make sure you inform then you are the QRZ Admin for the call.

I tried this and did not have any luck before I started this thread.

Bumpng this thread again as I am having the same problem. I want to upload the logbook for a managed callsign but cannot do this OR confirm QSOs. A solution would be appreciated!
