I just brought up HRD program clicked on options and I don't see Time.

I just worked a station on 12 meters at 19:17 UTC in my log it puts 13:17 which is 1:17 my local time.
I will go dig around some more.

    Steve,

Which version of HRD are you using, 4 or 5?

It's kind of strange, but when you are logging a contact, it displays the time UTC. Then if you double-click on the contact to edit it or something, it displays your local time, although it still shows the correct time in UTC when you "close" the contact. Same for the date. I don't know why it does that; I have version 5.

Places to change the time in HRD to UTC (I am running the most recent version):

    1. On the main HRD Screen, you can click on the time and set it to UTC, you may have the time on the left and right also.
    2. In the logbook, click on "More" and choose "Appearance" then select the "Logbook Window" tab and select UTC.
    3. In the logbook, in the ALE (Add Logbook Entry) under Options, select "Times" from the dropdown menu and select UTC.
    4. If you have the clock displayed in the logbook at the top, you can right click it and select UTC.
    5. In DM780, go to Options, then to Clock, and select UTC.
    6. In DM780, go to Options, then to logbook and click the "Appearance" tab and select UTC.

Off the top of my head, these are some of the places to set the time to UTC. I'll try tro think of some more later. I don't have the problem of it changing the date or time when updating an entry, (at least yet).
