BB image sizing code activation
I'd like to petition that the image resizing feature in the BB code for images be activated: http://www.bbcode.org/examples/?id=10
This would allow members to link to massive images, without blowing out the thread horizontally
Please let me know if there is another BB code option for this. I know I can resize photos before I upload them, but when linking from an external server that option is not available. It can also of course be done when uploading photos to a post. However, that is not the question here.
You can add me to that list.

At this point in time, vBulletin does not support any parameters to the [img] tag natively. A modification to one of the PHP files and other things are required to make this work. For several reasons, this is not going to happen to our current installation.
We will however revisit this matter in the near future!

It seems with the new vBulletin upgrade there is still issue with resizing pictures. I've tried resizing images using the technique found here with no effect: http://www.bbcode.org/examples/?id=10
Maybe the issue has not been revisited yet?

I thought maybe the resizing feature was built into the new vBulletin version, but I could be wrong on that one.
It's probably one of the hundreds of things they're still upgrading/fixing in the backend
in due time
